The Realisation
It began during a simple mentoring session.
A founder poured out their struggle: not because the idea wasn’t good, not because the team wasn’t motivated — but because the ecosystem around them was confusing, inaccessible, and too expensive.
We heard this story again and again. From metro-based entrepreneurs, from college students in small towns, from first-time founders everywhere.
The pain points were the same:
- Programs that felt exclusive or elitist.

That’s when we knew — the startup ecosystem needed a reset.
